Raji Threading and Waxing Center — App Privacy Policy
Raji Threading and Waxing Center (“Raji,” “we,” or “us”) provides a mobile app that lets customers view salon information and book appointments through Vagaro. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our app.
Information collected
When you sign in or book through the embedded Vagaro booking service, information may include your name, email address, phone number, account identifier, selected services, appointment dates and times, and booking history.
Vagaro processes information entered into its booking service. Raji can access customer and appointment information made available through its Vagaro business account to manage salon services.
Vagaro may also collect technical information through its embedded service, such as device and browser information, IP addresses, cookies, and interactions with the booking service. Its handling of that information is described in its privacy policy.
How information is used
We use customer and appointment information to arrange and manage appointments, provide requested services, communicate about bookings, respond to questions, and maintain necessary business records.
Vagaro handles booking functionality and customer authentication. Its processing of information is governed by its applicable policies and terms.
Third-party services and sharing
Our app uses Vagaro to provide online booking. Information you submit through the booking feature is transmitted to and processed by Vagaro and made available to Raji as needed to manage your appointments.

Data retention
We retain customer and appointment information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Information held by Vagaro is also subject to Vagaro’s retention policies. Removing the Raji app from your device does not automatically delete booking records or your Vagaro account.

We take reasonable steps to protect the customer information we access. Vagaro manages the security of its booking platform. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
